Launch a campaign in test mode

https://api.extole.io/v2/campaigns//launch-test

Transitions the specified campaign version into test mode, enabling a limited rollout to test participants without affecting production traffic. Validates all campaign components, controllers, and reward rules before the transition. Returns the updated campaign on success.
