Delete a notification snooze for a user

https://api.extole.io/v6/notifications/{userId}/snoozes/{snoozeId}

Removes the snooze rule identified by snoozeId belonging to the Extole portal user identified by userId. Returns the deleted snooze. Notifications previously suppressed by this rule will resume immediately.
