Extole’s Flow Builder emerged in 2025 as a powerful, no‑code canvas for designing complete referral journeys: marketers can drag‑and‑drop pre‑built templates and triggered events into a visual flow that shows exactly how program participants move through a campaign, including rules, creative experiences, emails and rewards.

Built to make complex programs easier to launch, the tool brings clarity and speed by letting marketers see their entire program in one place, adjust targeting rules and reward structures, and publish campaigns without waiting on tech resources. Extole’s Reward Bank is a powerful extension designed to enhance program participation and reward flexibility. It allows participants to accrue and merge referral rewards, leading to more substantial payouts. The feature includes a gamified "Redemption Center" dashboard, offering visibility into reward balances, progress, and redemption history.

Marketers benefit from precise control over key settings, including redemption minimums, reward formats, and more. The Reward Bank supports the stacking of rewards from various events, empowering customers to redeem on their own terms. Comprehensive built-in reporting provides valuable data on participation, accumulation, and redemption patterns to inform optimization efforts.

This versatile tool can be integrated as a standalone page or a widget, and multiple banks can be configured to support different campaigns simultaneously.

Go Extole Field Team App

Go Extole is Extole’s mobile referral app that turns every in‑person customer moment into a growth opportunity. Designed for field professionals—installers, store associates, service reps and other frontline teams—the app puts your referral program in their pocket so they can share offers on the spot via personalized QR codes or links, complete with brand‑aligned messaging. It’s built for both iOS and Android devices and supports multiple programs at once, allowing employees to toggle between campaigns and roles without friction.

For marketers, Go Extole opens new acquisition channels across industries like telecom, home services, retail and real estate by enabling staff to capture referrals during real‑world interactions. The app includes real‑time status dashboards that show which customers were referred, which rewardable steps they’ve taken and the employee’s reward balance, keeping your teams informed and motivated. Extole's unique Credit Union Welcome Offer program is specifically designed to mirror the flow of top-performing CUs, making implementation simple with its default settings. This streamlined program includes:

In-Branch Referral Tools

Alkami

You can now easily create no-code CTAs and banners within the Alkami admin that lead to a fully integrated in-app sharing experience for your members. This secure connection leverages SSO and JWT to verify member identities, allowing for automated referral tracking and reward generation directly within your mobile and desktop banking platforms.

BHN (Blackhawk Network)

Last year, we expanded our BHN (Blackhawk Network) integration to include a Virtual Closed Loop option, significantly broadening your rewarding capabilities. This enhancement enables seamless fulfillment of Tango’s Disbursement (including PayPal and ACH) and Reward Link solutions, providing your participants with a vast selection of popular eGift cards.

BLVD (Boulevard)

We enhanced our integration with appointment management platform BLVD. You can now forward key events like appointment confirmations and completions to the Extole platform, and reward clients with one-time use gift cards or account credits. Additionally, the integration helps you better understand your audience by segmenting advocates and referred clients directly within the Boulevard platform for future promotions.

Jack Henry Banno

We also launched our integration with Jack Henry's Banno digital banking platform last year. Banno institutions can now seamlessly embed automated referral programs directly into their Banno online and mobile banking applications. By leveraging dashboard cards and external application links, you can provide members with a native, full-screen experience for sharing services and earning rewards.

New Features and Improvements

Configure Audience-driven Programs (BETA)

The Audience tab is now available as a beta feature! This feature can be used to configure rules that determine which customers can see program marketing placements and participate in your programs. Example use cases include limiting program eligibility to new customers, a particular audience file of customers, or customers who have or have not signed up or been previously rewarded. Send Test Emails from Campaign Editor

For newly created campaigns, you can now send any email as a test directly from Campaign Editor. Simply open the kebab menu that appears when you hover over the email and select the option Send Test Email. You’ll be prompted to enter a recipient email address and then hit Send! Please note that this feature can only send emails to one email address at a time.

Download Translation Copy for Enabled Variants

If you need to download copy from your program for translation, you can do so from Campaign Editor by selecting Download Translation Copy from the menu in the top right. The download function now only includes the copy for enabled language variants in the file. Previously, all variants would be included in the download, regardless of whether or not they were enabled. From the Campaign Version History page, you can also download copy for translation, download all campaign settings, and download settings from a particular campaign version.

New Notification When Last Reward Retry Fails

When a reward fails its last retry attempt, we now send a Business Operations notification so that we can troubleshoot the reward and resolve it swiftly. You can manage your subscriptions to notifications in your Extole account.

Our Listrak integration can now be installed fully through our Partners page. Tech and Compliance Updates

Batch Jobs Check if File Header is Missing

Our Batch Jobs system, located within the Tech Center of your Extole account, now checks the first row of a file, such as an opt-out file, to assess if it’s an email or a header. If the first row is determined to be an email, the system will add a header. This update will help in processing files that are accidentally uploaded without the necessary header for email.

ADA Compliant Creative Experiences

As part of our ongoing effort to maintain the ADA compliance of our default creative experiences, we have updated the following:

  • The Share Experience actionable elements can all be focused on and activated using only a keyboard
  • The Terms and Conditions open within in the active modal with a “back” button instead of opening a new tab

New Features & Improvements

Easily Search Your Campaign Settings

You can now search for a settings in Campaign Editor that reference other, nested settings. In other words, you can type the name of the referenced setting or its value and it will show up in your search results.

New Campaign Edit Categories & Subcategories

We’ve implemented new categories and subcategories for settings in Campaign Edit, along with improved setting names and descriptions to make it easier to find what you’re looking for.

Replace Eligibility Files via SFTP

Audience files of eligible participants delivered to Extole via SFTP can now easily replace an existing audience in your Extole account. This new workflow is especially useful for credit unions and other businesses that send daily or weekly eligibility files with removed records to ensure the right people have access to their program.

Track Who Used the ‘Create Event’ Feature

We now track the Extole users who create events through User Support so that you can know which of your team members created an event. You can pull this information into Event, Person, and Rewards reports by using the “EVENT()” function.

Display Share Channels as Icons Instead of Buttons

Share Experiences in newly created campaigns now display share channels (e.g., email, Facebook, X, etc.) as icons by default instead of buttons. The icons not only perform well, but also streamline the look and feel of the experience for your customers. You can easily toggle this feature off if you still prefer to use buttons.

Share Reports with External People

In the kebab menus for finished reports, we now have an option to Share that allows you to generate a link to the report for people who don’t have My Extole accounts! You can also subscribe people who do not have a My Extole login to our reports via email.

Extole + SessionM

When advocates and referred friends earn rewards within your referral program, Extole will promptly notify SessionM to deliver points or an offer to their loyalty accounts. To establish this connection, you’ll need to have an up-to-date list of all loyalty program users within the Extole platform. This can be facilitated by your Extole and SessionM delivery teams.

Extole + BHN Integration

With the Extole and BHN integration, you can drive customer acquisition, generate brand advocacy, and build long-term loyalty with your customers. This powerful integration automates reward fulfillment with real-time reward delivery and offers a wide variety of reward options from Virtual Prepaid Cards to Physical Reloadable Cards for your referral and engagement programs.

New Entry Earned Email
We added a new email to the Sweepstakes program that notifies participants when friends they have shared the sweeps with convert, rewarding them with an additional entry. This email is triggered automatically upon a quality friend conversion.

Friend Landing Experience Updates
We updated the Sweepstakes Friend Landing Experience so that it offers participants more context about the program and details the rules for entry.

Unqualified Entry Messaging
The Sweepstakes entry experience displays appropriate messaging when an unqualified person is identified, typically via email, and attempts to make an entry.

Influencer

Easily Manage Your Influencers
The Influencer program now operates on our latest audience technology. You can easily add or remove influencers both in bulk or individually from the My Audiences page of your Extole account, making it easy to manage eligible influencers over time.

Compliance Update

Opt Out of Emails with One Click

Extole emails have been updated to comply with RFC-8058, the new requirement that marketing communications can be unsubscribed from with a single click. Please note that this does not impact Earned Reward emails or the Authentication email for accessing program stats.

Set your brand-level styles and essential information for your entire Extole account. These settings—such as your logo, colors, and fonts—will apply to every campaign and provide you with a solid foundation. You can access your My Account page through your Settings or by clicking the My Account button on the Programs page.

Campaign Edit has several powerful new features. You can now easily reset your changes, view the impact of changes across your campaigns, and push changes up to your My Account settings.

Editing Nested Creatives

Creatives like the Microsite reference other creatives like the Share Experience. You can now see clearly which parts of a creative must be accessed in another creative, making editing a breeze.

Newly created programs feature our new default image suite. These placeholders display the name of their creative template, their mobile or desktop designation, the required specs, and the safe area to make configuring image assets a breeze.

International Programs

AI-powered Translation

Our new AI-powered translator, located within our Campaign Editor, allows you to easily translate text variables from English to your desired language with just the click of a button.

Preview by Location

You can now preview the assets of your campaign across the locales you have configured in order to make sure layout and language are great. From Campaign Preview, select the locale you’d like to see from the dropdown at the top of your screen.

We’ve expanded our support for international programs. You can now breakdown your program dashboards by location to compare performance across the globe.

Our Reports pages have a brand new look and improved capabilities. Create and schedule reports with ease, save frequently used reports to your Favorites, and configure custom views to quickly find the reports you need.

Customer Support

User Support Role

You can now assign team members to our new User Support role. This role is ideal for teammates dedicated to addressing customer inquiries, as access is focused to our User Support pages.

To invite a team member to User Support, go to the Settings page of your Extole account, add a new member, and enable the role under Permissions.

Rule Results

Custom reward rule results now appear in User Support for greater visibility into reward decisions.

Data Visibility

When viewing a specific person or event, profile and event data is now displayed more prominently to make it easier to find the information you need.

Audience Membership

Profiles now clearly show you the audiences to which a person belongs. You can even add or remove a person from audiences directly on their profile.

We now support generic OAuth algorithms, making it easier to connect systems within your tech stack to Extole.

New Features

User Support Role

Our new User Support role is available now in your Extole account! This role is ideal for team members who are dedicated to addressing customer inquiries.

You can assign new and existing users to the User Support role from your Settings page. Designated User Support members will only be able to see the User Support pages in our tool and will see an “access restricted” message if they attempt to navigate to other areas of the platform. Documentation can be found on our Product Docs and in our Help Center.

Account Settings

Extole Account Settings are now in beta. Configuring your Account Settings allows you to easily manage your brand styles globally and determine how those styles cascade to your programs and campaigns. If you’re interested in becoming an early adopter, please reach out to your CSM.

Offer Program

We have released a new program designed to strategically bolster your customer-led growth initiatives. The Offer program enables simple “reward for action” experiences delivered to targeted participants to drive specific outcomes.

These outcomes are important stages in the customer journey, for example:

  • Engagement: Downloading the app, visiting a branch, connecting an account
  • Transaction: Making a trade, subscribing to a service, cross-selling
  • Advocacy: Rating a product, leaving a review, sharing a video

General Improvements

Previous Day Time Range

We have updated the Time Range dropdown on report configuration screens to include a new preset for Previous Day.

How does Previous Day differ from Last Day?

  • Last Day = The previous 24 hours, starting from the present day and time.
    Example: You run a report at 18:16 on August 14 with the Last Day time range selected. You will receive data from August 13 at 18:16 to August 14 at 18:16.
  • Previous Day = Yesterday, the full day, no matter what time you ran it today.
    Example: You run a report at 18:16 on August 14 with the Previous Day time range selected. You will receive data from August 13 at 00:00 to August 14 at 00:00.

User Support Event History

We have added a new Event History section on person profiles in User Support for certain actions to make it clearer when and how events have failed.

This section includes the following information:

  • Event statuses: passed, failed, approved, no reward rules, pending, declined, campaign stopped, fulfillment error
  • An overall success or failure icon for each event
  • A detailed view for each event that you can click into which displays the list of rules with success or failure icons next to each one

New Features & Improvements

Audience Discovery Refresh & Enhancement

Our new Audience Discovery page is live! This effort streamlined the UI to bring more clarity to audiences, the audience upload function, and the promote to audience feature.

Key Improvements

Easy file upload
Clicking the Upload Audience button opens a configuration panel on the right side of the screen. The panel allows you to select your file type (CSV/PSV or JSON) and displays all of the formatting standards and required fields as well as an example.

Transparent upload progress
You can now monitor the progress of your audience list uploads. The process includes three stages—Preparing, Building, and Validating—before the upload is complete.

Simplified audience categories
The Static Audiences tab contains audience lists that are uploaded or generated from one-time reports. Meanwhile, the Live Audiences tab houses all of the key Extole-generated audiences that refresh automatically.

Descriptive errors and troubleshooting
When an audience fails to upload, generate, or refresh, the page will provide you with insight on what caused the issue and how to troubleshoot it.

Audience details
When you select an audience on the left, the middle column populates with a preview of the audience members. If you click on the info icon above the preview, details about the audience will slide out from the right of the screen.

Reporting Reimagined

We have implemented significant changes to the Reports section of the Extole platform. The changes include new features and a more intuitive design to make getting the data you need even easier.

Key Features

Quick Create
Creating new reports requires only a few clicks. All you need to do is select a report from our categories or use our report search, then configure the required fields.

Report Types
Extole reports fall into one of four categories: Performance & Metrics, Events, Audiences, or Rewards. Within each category you have numerous reports to choose from—all of which can be configured to ensure you're getting the data you need.

Scheduled Reports
Want to receive the same report with new data each week or month and have it delivered to your inbox? Doing so is easy with our scheduling feature.

Favorite and Recommended Reports
On the main Reports page, we offer recommendations of popular reports based on your business. You can also favorite reports by clicking the heart icon. Favorited reports show up in your Favorites section, making them easier for you to find and run in the future.

Report Details
Clicking on a completed report will give you further details, a preview of the data, and a visualization (if available).

Custom Views
On the main Reports page, Reports History page, and Scheduled Reports page, you can set up custom views that will automatically filter your reports and make the ones you're looking for easier to find.

Delivery and Sharing Options
You have the ability to receive your reports via email, API call, or SFTP and can easily share reports with your colleagues.

SessionM, Iterable, Blackhawk, and Amplitude have officially been added to our Integrations Center. We encourage you to check out all of our partnerships to see how you can connect Extole to your existing technologies.

Program Updates

Refer a Friend Redirect after Email Entry

We have updated the Friend Landing Experience (FLE) template for Refer a Friend programs to give you the ability to enable a redirect after the friend enters their email address. This is especially useful in cases where you want to capture emails on the FLE, but do not want to show a success page or issue a reward. Please reach out to your CSM if you would like to configure this flow for your program.

Influencer Share Links

If you run an Influencer program with Extole, you may have noticed that we have added share links to the Influencer table on program dashboards. This means you can easily find and copy share links, as well as share codes, for each influencer in the table.

New Features & Improvements

Campaign Scheduling

From the My Extole Programs page, you can now schedule when a campaign goes live! To create a schedule, open the dot menu to the right of any unlaunched campaign. Once you’ve created a schedule, you can edit it as many times as you’d like or cancel it through the same menu. You can also schedule when you’d like a campaign to end, and coming soon you’ll be able to schedule when you’d like a campaign to be paused.

Earned Reward Limits and Notifications

When creating or editing your rewards in My Extole, you can now set hourly and daily limits on the number of rewards that are fulfilled. These limits are designed to catch potentially fraudulent behavior occurring within your campaigns and will generate notifications when they are hit.

Please note: You must be subscribed to Business Operations notifications at the level of Noteworthy in order to receive a message when your limits have been reached. If you’re interested in setting these thresholds for your rewards, please reach out to your CSM for assistance.

Extole + Salesforce Integration

Our Salesforce tagging and coupon integration has officially moved into our Integrations Center. If you don’t yet have your Salesforce account connected to Extole, this is the place to start the integration process. You can also access the Extole Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge repo through the integrations page, if you’re interested in the full tagging integration. Please note that Salesforce coupon sets are still managed in the Rewards tab of your My Extole account. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your CSM.

Overlay Customizations

We have added a number of customizations to the Overlay creative in Refer a Friend and Sweepstakes programs. You now have the option to display the CTA as a button or tile and change the position of the CTA on the page with smooth animations for maximizing and minimizing the overlay.

Influencers Pending Approval

If your Influencer program has an application process, your program-level dashboard includes a table that displays all your influencers. This quarter we updated the influencer table so that it is now powered by our Influencers Pending Approval report. This change streamlines the process for identifying and evaluating potential influencers by displaying those who have not yet been approved or declined as pending in the influencer table.

What We Did in 2022

Influencer Program Enhancements

We originally created our Influencer program to extend the value of customer advocates who otherwise might outgrow your referral program. Since then, we’ve seen broad adoption of the Influencer program and have invested heavily in its capabilities based on valuable customer feedback. Our updates have improved the influencer creative experience, dashboards, reporting, and more. Please note that not all of these new features were made automatically available to existing Influencer programs, which may need an easy upgrade by your CSM.

Application & Portal

Your customers now have the option to apply to become influencers. Whether or not you choose to implement an application process, your influencers will be able to log in and access the Influencer Portal. The portal is where influencers interact with your program. Once verified and/or approved, influencers can log in to the portal to view their dashboard and to share links and codes with their networks.

The Influencer Audience, which lists all the influencers in your program, now appears in the Audiences tab of your My Extole account. Combined with the ability to send outbound emails and with the newly created Influencer Nurture Email, we’ve made it incredibly easy to market to your influencers directly from the Extole platform. Keep them aware of new products, events, news. Send them content they can repurpose with their followers. Keep them excited and connected to your brand!

React Native, iOS & Android SDKs

Integrating Extole programs with your mobile app has never been easier. Our lightweight software development kits (SDKs) give you the convenience of a custom API solution while reducing the engineering burden of a fully-custom approach. The SDKs have minimal dependencies and conveniently handle all authentication of users and impression tracking on CTAs. Once your tech resource completes the initial setup, powering additional programs through the SDKs requires no additional dev work.

All of the SDKs feature the ability to:

  • Pull all program content from Extole
  • Leverage automated processes, such as user authentication and impression tracking
  • Launch new programs without any code changes
  • Use the most up-to-date API endpoints thanks to versioning
  • Deep link to your app by working seamlessly with your deeplink provider like Branch or AppsFlyer

Extole SFTP Servers

If you send file-based events to Extole, you now have access to a new user interface that makes managing SFTP integrations even easier! From the Tech Center, you can now create multiple SFTP servers. Clicking on the + New Server button gives you access to our server creation page where you can toggle between creating an External Server or an Extole Server. These new interfaces allow you generate new login keys in-line or paste in existing keys if you have them. You can also add multiple keys for one server. There’s a lot of flexibility and control here!

File Uploads

Let’s say you need to upload an events file and you aren’t using SFTP. We now make uploading a single file—events or otherwise—easy with our Batch Jobs page. Located in our Tech Center, this page allows you to upload files instantly without having to coordinate with our Support team. Don’t worry, they’re still there if you need them! And, if anything goes wrong because of a file format or encoding issue, you’ll instantly see what’s going on.

Extole is proud to announce a partnership with Attentive, an SMS-first software platform and leader in conversational commerce. This integration can be set up in a matter of minutes and allows you to send opt-ins and rewards via text when a customer, advocate, or referred friend joins your Extole-powered engagement programs. Opted-in phone numbers are automatically sent to Attentive, along with email addresses, earned coupon rewards, and personal share links.

Braze and Extole Integration

Extole is officially a Braze technical partner. Braze is a comprehensive customer engagement platform that powers relevant and memorable experiences between consumers and the brands they love. The integration allows you to harness customer insights from Extole to power dynamic audiences and experiences using Braze’s customer engagement platform.

Listrak and Extole Integration

Extole now offers an integration with Listrak. Listrak works with retailers to drive higher levels of engagement and revenue with their customers by providing leading-edge email, SMS, and behavioral marketing solutions. With the Extole and Listrak integration, you can now accelerate email and SMS list growth by automatically opting in friends and advocates to a custom or bespoke marketing series. Additionally, with Extole insights available in the Listrak Journey Hub, you can send more personalized messages, naturally leading to increased conversion and engagement rates.

Optimove and Extole Integration

Extole now has an integration with Optimove! Optimove combines the science of data and the art of marketing to help marketers deliver personalized, realtime, multi-channel customer interactions. With the Extole and Optimove integration, you can leverage consumer insights from your refer-a-friend and advocacy programs to create powerful multi-channel engagement CRM campaigns.

SheerID and Extole Integration

Extole now offers an integration with SheerID. SheerID is the leader in the Identity Marketing space, helping brands create VIP offers to special communities like students, teachers, military, and service members. With Extole and SheerID, you can acquire high value customers by asking students, teachers, military and service members to refer or nominate others in their community.

Campaign Editor Redesign

We released a new and improved version of the Campaign Editor in order to make creative configuration faster, easier, and safer. We’re proud of it and will continue to expand on the editor’s new features.

Key features include :

  • Full-screen editing so you can see more and scroll less
  • Filtering and searching for variables so you can easily find and update specific elements of your campaign
  • Mobile previews so you know it looks good for all of your customers no matter what device they’re on
  • QR codes so you can view creatives on your own mobile device—not just in an emulator
  • Conflict resolution when two editors update the same variable so that one user’s changes don’t override another’s
  • AutoSave, which you can toggle on or off to save multiple creative changes at once

Besides all the new features and capabilities, we also made the whole editor faster so that whether you’re designing your campaign from start to finish or just making a small change your experience is streamlined.

Programs Page Redesign

Similar to the new Campaign Editor, the latest version of our Programs page is also now live for all Extole clients! These improvements were all about introducing capabilities to make it easier for marketers managing dozens (or more!) Extole programs. Without some of these capabilities, finding the program you want was cumbersome.

Key features include:

  • A search bar where you can type in the name of your campaign or program or any associated tags
  • Default filters to sort your programs to make it more likely that the programs you care about will be at the top of the page
  • Custom views so you and your colleagues can find your programs faster
  • Tags so you can search for programs and campaigns using your own terminology
  • Bulk changes so you can archive or lock multiple campaigns at once

Reporting

We continue to improve the user experience of Extole Reports by expanding the overall functionality of the interface and by offering new report types. We are very excited, for example, that you are now able to specify multiple programs or campaigns for report so that you can have multi-campaign insight and data. We also increased the customizability of several popular report types and now include reports based on device type to compare desktop and mobile traffic.

Paused Reports

New to Extole reporting is the ability to pause reports. Not only can you manually pause recurring reports that may otherwise be cluttering the reporting UI, the platform itself now automatically pauses recurring reports that have not been viewed or downloaded for a period of time. All paused reports can be unpaused through the interface, and of course reports that would have run during the paused period are easy to generate again.

Last but not least, we invested heavily this year in a new documentation center that provides not only help content covering topics like integration options and the launch process, in-depth program descriptions and examples, data and reporting, security, etc. but also technical developer documentation. The developer docs are massively useful and include our API references as well as guides to our mobile SDKs. All of this information is easy to access whether you’re logged into the platform or not.

In-line SSH Key Generation

Within the My Extole Tech Center, you can now generate an SSH key in the SFTP server creation flow. Just click the “Generate a key” button in the key creation window (see below).

Reporting Updates

New Device Type Report

In your My Extole account through our Reports, you can now run a Referral Performance by Device Type breakdown report via Scheduled Reports. This new report offers insight into the technologies your customers are using to interact with your programs. For example, you can discover the percentage of participants that are engaging with a program via mobile versus desktop. This information can be useful for optimizing your program experiences and improving customer communication.

Message Events Report

Our Message Events Report now has a user-friendly visualization, similar to the one that already exists for the Email Send Results report. The visualization includes tabs that display raw events, pretty JSON, rendered email bodies (if applicable), and logs.

API Updates

GDPR Erasure Options

We have updated our GDPR data erasure API so that you can make a request for deletion using a partner user ID, instead of just an email address.

Extole SFTP Servers & Batch Jobs

As part of Extole’s transition to a new SFTP hostname, we created a new user interface for adding SFTP servers, which is accessible in your My Extole account. Also new to the My Extole Tech Center is our Batch Jobs page, which offers a powerful self-service experience for your file upload needs. This page allows you to quickly and reliably upload file-based events and automate jobs of large files without needing to coordinate with our Support team.

Influencer Program Updates

Newly created Extole Influencer programs boast several key updates to creatives, dashboards, and reports. While these improvements are innate to any Influencer programs created after May 2022, Influencer programs created before then will need to be manually upgraded. If you are interested in exploring or adding any of the new features listed below, please contact your CSM.

Welcome Email & Promotion Email

We have consolidated the Application Approved Email and the Invite Email into the Influencer Welcome Email. You can use this email to either invite an influencer to participate in your program, or to tell an influencer that their application has been approved. This email directs the influencer to their personal stats dashboard. We also added the Influencer Promotion Email, which gives an influencer direct access to your application experience, if you choose to have one.

Influencer Report Exports

You now have the ability to export the Influencer Stats report directly from the table. If you are interested in learning more about influencer stats or running reports related to your influencer program, please talk to your CSM.

Influencer Audiences

The Influencer Audience report now gives you a list of all the influencers in your program. The results of this report now display in the Audiences tab of your My Extole account. If you have two new influencer programs, you will have two audiences of influencers in your Audiences tab.

This update is useful for the Has Not Influenced triggered email. This email can be sent to an entire audience of influencers and has built-in logic to prevent it from being sent to people who have influenced. If you have further questions or would like to learn more about our influencer program, contact your CSM.

General Program Updates

We have made several updates to My Extole dashboards, rewards, and fraud prevention. To make our interface more friendly to global campaigns, for example, we have updated program-level dashboards so you are able to change the displayed currency symbol to match that of your program’s locale. We are also continuing to expand the number of foreign currencies we offer for custom rewards and have made rewards in general easier to duplicate for cases where you may be creating reward tiers for your customers.

To further ensure the safety and efficacy of your programs, we have continued to expand our fraud prevention strategy and add to our risk evaluation criteria. These updates not only improve the automatic processes of our system but also provide you with more customization when it comes to configuring the rules of your programs. If you’re interested in customizing your dashboards, rewards, or program rules, please reach out to your CSM.

Reporting Updates

We are continuing to improve the user experience of the Reports section of My Extole by expanding the overall functionality of the interface and offering new report types that are relevant to your business. For example, you are now able to select multiple programs or campaigns for which to run a report and we increased the customizability of several popular report types. If you would like to set up new custom reports and have them delivered to you on a schedule, please reach out to your CSM.
