Soft-deletes the specified campaign version. Deleted campaigns are excluded from standard listings but are recoverable via POST /v2/campaigns/{id}/undelete. Returns the deleted campaign record. Requires the campaign to be in a state that permits deletion (e.g. DRAFT or ARCHIVED).
