Overview

The following instructions are how to make your campaign live. You should do this with your Customer Success Manager.

Steps

1. Go to My Extole and find the test campaign you want to launch.
2. Hover over the campaign and select the Duplicate icon.
3. Once you have a duplicate, you'll want to open the Campaign Editor and update the following items:

• Rename the duplicated campaign.
• Under the Marketing tab, enable all CTAs.
• Change your test reward to a live reward.
• In the Promote Destination creative, update the Destination for Clicks on Promotions to direct to your production environment (if you're not using the default Extole-hosted microsite)
• In the Share Destination creative, update the Destination for Clicks on Share Links (where friends go when they click on a share link) to direct to your production environment

4. In the top right corner of the Campaign Editor page, open the dot menu and select the option to Go Live. A modal window will pop up, and you'll want to select the option to Go Live as a Burst. This will stop all traffic from going to your original test campaign.
5. Once your newly duplicated campaign is live, ask your customer success manager to archive the original test campaign.
