Enterprise Accounts & User Roles

Overview

Extole’s enterprise account capabilities and user roles are great for organizing your teams and managing access within your Extole account. We particularly recommend an enterprise account structure for companies that have many sub-brands, agencies supporting multiple clients, and franchise organizations.

With enterprise accounts, a central team can access all sub-brand accounts while sub-brand account teams only have access to their single account. User roles can further help you delegate work across your team by focusing account access for specific members based on their primary duties.

Enterprise Account Benefits

Access Management

Provide levels of access that make sense for your company. Allow marketing or IT leads to view, manage, or make changes to programs across multiple brands in Extole, while maintaining single-account access for individual brand teams.

Multi-Program Ownership

Manage programs across brands with ease. If you or your team owns programs in multiple Extole accounts, accessing them needs to be quick and easy so you can focus on creative optimizations, performance, and growth.

Simple and Secure Login

Log in with one email address one time. Users with multi-account access can log in to My Extole using Google or Microsoft SSO. Once logged in, you can easily switch between accounts without ever having to leave the Extole platform.

User Roles in My Extole

We currently offer two user roles: Admin and User Support. By default, new Extole users are considered Admins, which means they have full access to features within the platform. The User Support role is a great fit for members of your team that are dedicated to resolving customer inquiries and requests.

Within your My Extole account, you can easily invite additional team members from the Settings page. If you would like to restrict a user's access to only the User Support section of the Extole platform, you can do so by explicitly assigning them to the User Support role during the user creation process.
