Overview
Extole offers baseline templates for our marketing and engagement programs. These templates have been reviewed for ADA compliance. During the implementation phase, you may modify the templates to suit your brand's specific fonts, colors, imagery, etc. It is recommended that you conduct an ADA-compliance scan at this stage as the customization process may introduce areas that require updates for ADA compliance.
If any ADA-related feedback is received during the scan, Extole's support team will process it and make the necessary changes. This ensures that your program is ready to go live with full ADA compliance.
