The Go Extole app provides an easy and delightful way to refer customers in person. Key features include:
- Personalized QR codes and share links for each employee

Target Your Employees
You have control over who can participate in the program and access the Go Extole app using Extole Audiences. You can add or remove members individually, in bulk, or based on rules through the Extole UI, Extole's People API, file uploads, or automated SFTP workflows.
How Employees use Go Extole
Once eligible employees are ready to use the app, they:
- Download the Go Extole app from the App Store or Google Play
- Enter their company name and email address; they will receive an email verification link
- Click the link in the Go Extole verification email to log in
- Access their personal QR code or shareable link
- Share with customers during in-person interactions or digitally
- Track referrals and see rewards earned in real-time
- Receive rewards automatically through the Extole platform, or redeem in-app via Reward Bank
Go Extole supports multiple program types to meet your business needs. Through employee referral programs, your employees can earn rewards by directly referring new customers. Employees can also recruit existing customers as advocates, encouraging those customers to refer their own friends and family. Additionally, on-the-go influencers can use their influencer program via the app to encourage their audience to sign up for a service.
For your employees, the Go Extole experience can be configured to match your brand's experience after sign in. If you'd like a fully-branded version of Go Extole, please contact our sales team.
Customer Journey
When customers interact with an employee's referral, they experience a seamless journey:
- Scan the QR code or click the referral link
- Land on your customized landing page with targeted messaging
- Take the desired action (e.g. sign up, enter email, schedule appointment)
- Complete the rewardable event (e.g. purchase, subscription, account opening)
- Receive their reward automatically through Extole
The experience is branded to your company and optimized for mobile devices.
Rules and Rewarding
When referred by the employee, once the customer completes the desired actions in your program, your employee will be rewarded. Your company can provide Extole with coupons, configure gift cards with one of our partner providers, set up direct deposits, or even callback to your existing employee reward system via API, file, or Webhooks. Extole will track your employees' referrals, and can administer the rewards once earned, or your employees can redeem their rewards in-app using Reward Bank.

Tiered Rewards
Rewards for your employees can also be tiered to drive further engagement or a series of actions. The successful referral of specific products or subscriptions can result in different rewards, or the number of referrals can result in different rewards.
Performance and Data
Data is the heart of your referral program. It can give you insight into your top-performing employees and your overall customer base. Extole program dashboards and reporting can help you make data-driven decisions to create new or improve existing marketing initiatives for your company.
Two key metrics that indicate the health of your funnel and success of your referral program are acquisition rate and participation rate.
Acquisition Rate
The acquisition rate measures the effectiveness of a program; in other words, what is the likelihood that an individual will lead to a new customer conversion? This rate is calculated by dividing the number of conversions by the number of advocates.
Participation Rate
The participation rate measures approximately the percentage of your employees (or additional audience) participating in your program. A strong participation rate indicates the effectiveness of a program to engage advocates. Your participation rate is most often a result of your promotional strategy internally within your company.
These and other metrics are reflected in your Extole dashboards and can be pulled from your program using Extole's reporting capabilities.
