Relationships

Because of the unique data that we collect about relationships between participants, we have the ability to capture significant networks of links between individuals who engage with your programs. Within Extole's Audiences, you can explore the visualization at a program and account level to get to know your customers better based on their behavior.

You can easily choose to focus on interesting areas of your networks, including influencers, active sharers, and so on. Selecting individuals on the graph enables you to dive into their personal relationships, recent activity (e.g., links shared, rewards earned, etc.), and profile data.

Profiles

Through your integration with Extole, you can automatically provide us information about the identity and behavior of people who participate in your Extole-hosted programs. This information enables the Extole platform to organize a deep range of information about a particular individual across multiple touch points (web, mobile, offline) as well as over time as they progress through and among your programs.

We can collect all of your participants' events as well as profile data, which can be used to personalize your program experience for each customer. Beyond pre-populating experiences, we can capture role information about your participants, such as "advocate" and "friend" that can help define interactions. These details help us track a customer's journey through your program and allow us to identify any relationships to journeys of other customers, like a referral.

Each participant's profile in Extole gives us the ability to assess the quality of the participant as part of evaluating their participation in a program or eligibility for a reward.
