Overview
The Revenue Contribution Report shows the amount of a client’s revenue that Extole programs have contributed to in comparison to their total revenue.Use Case
The most common step in a customer’s journey used in this report is “transacted.” Using transacted events as an example, here is what the report will give you: The number of transactions we’re responsible for, how much money we’ve influenced from those transactions, the total number of transactions the client is passing us (both referral and non-referral), and the total revenue from those transactions.Configuration
Again, the default step that we look at for this report is “transacted.” The transacted step in a client’s program may be a download, a booking, a purchase, or a registration—likely whichever event we reward. Note: Both registrations and conversions are transacted events, so if you have both events in your program, you may want to change the step pulled in this report to “converted.” If you’re capturing email on the friend landing experience, please know that this is counted as a registration event.
