Overview
Welcome to the My Extole platform. Whether you’re logging in for the first time or you need a refresher, this guide will walk you through the top two sections of your My Extole account: the Programs page and Program Dashboard.The Programs Page
When you first log in to My Extole, you’ll land on the Programs page. Here you’ll see a list of your Extole programs and the campaigns within them. Each program has its own icon menu where you can click to view performance, edit or duplicate campaigns, preview your assets, or go live.
What is a Program?
A program consists of one or more campaigns targeted to a given audience for a given outcome. Your company can have a single program, like an evergreen Refer a Friend, or multiple programs that cater to different groups of participants, such as influencers, affiliates, international customers, and more.Key Actions on the Programs Page
Once you’ve landed on the Programs page, the most common destinations are:- View Stats. Selecting this option will take you to the specific program or campaign-level dashboard. The Stats icon in the gray bar will take you to your program dashboard, while the icon in-line with your campaign will take you to your campaign dashboard. Learn more about your dashboards.

- Edit Campaign. Selecting this option will take you to our Campaign Editor, where you can customize the creative elements, behavior, and rules of your campaign. Learn more about the Campaign Editor.

Program and Campaign Dashboards
If you want to see the performance of your program, click the bolded program name in the gray bar to view all time performance, or the specific campaign to view campaign level performance. You can also click the Stats icons as described in Key Actions above. Looking at your Program Level Dashboard, you’ll see performance at a high level, by campaign, by promotional source, and by share channel. These metrics will help you understand the scale of your program as well as the rates associated with your program journey and can be filtered for a specific period of time.
