Successful Advocates Report
Overview
The Successful Advocates Report provides a list of advocates who drove at least one successful outcome, such as a sign-up or purchase. Use this report to identify your top-performing advocates, understand their impact across programs, and segment them for downstream marketing or analysis.
How This Report Can Help You
- Identify advocates who have generated at least one qualifying outcome (e.g., sign-up, purchase, account opening, funding).
- Understand how different advocate segments — such as Successful Advocates, Revenue Drivers, Super Advocates, and Affiliates — are performing across your programs.
- Measure shares, referred friends, successful activities, and influenced revenue per advocate.
- Export advocate data (email, name, partner user ID) for use in CRM or marketing automation workflows.

- Select the appropriate time range for the report.
- Choose the specific program you want to analyze or select "All" to include all programs in the report.
- Determine the Successful Events you want to measure, such as friend sign-ups, account creations, conversions, or fundings. By default this is set to Customer which is generally your conversion step.

Understanding Advocate Audience Tiers
The advocate_audience column classifies each advocate into a named tier based on their successful_activities count. Tiers are configured in the report's advanced parameters and evaluated from highest to lowest — an advocate is assigned the highest tier they qualify for.
Default tier names and thresholds vary by program configuration. To customize tier names or thresholds for your report, contact your Extole team or adjust the tier parameters when configuring the report.
