Rewards Overview
Overview
Our rewards system allows you to add a variety of reward types to your account so they can be distributed through your programs. You can manage individual rewards, add new rewards, see which rewards have been issued, and recognize issues that might compromise your customers’ experience—all within the Rewards section of the Extole platform.
Reward Types
Extole supports a wide range of reward types to fit the design of your programs and behavior of your customers.
Single-Use Coupons
Load lists of one-time use coupon codes into the system that can be delivered to your program participants.
Account Credits
Reward account holders who participated in your program with account credits in the form of discounts, redeemable points, or cash.
Charitable Donations
For certain program types or business initiatives, you may want to offer your participants the option to select a charity and make a donation as their reward.
International Rewards
We also offer international rewards so that you can recognize participants in your programs no matter where in the world they participate from.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Automatic Coupon Codes
Extole can automatically distribute coupons created in your Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
Gift Cards & Cash-like Rewards
Extole supports the ability to give a wide variety of gift cards and provide them as rewards to your program participants with zero integration. For cash-like options, our top-performing rewards are Visa, Mastercard, and Amazon gift cards, though there 100+ other options to choose from.
Custom Rewards
In cases where you may want to get creative with your rewards, we can work with you to create custom reward types. Custom rewards may include physical gifts, gifts with purchase, loyalty points, or other custom incentives that you or your partners can distribute.
Reward Fulfillment Tracking
You can easily track the fulfillment of your program rewards in My Extole. Our platform provides a powerful way for you to know exactly how many rewards are going out each week and how many of your customers are redeeming them. Any of the reward types described above can be tracked, not just coupons.
